“Inner Mean Girl” Cleanse

So you know I just did a 3 day detox cleansing my body. Now I’m onto my mind!

I am doing a 40 day cleanse to give my “Inner Mean Girl” the boot!

If you’re like me, you’re tired of the self-depricating thoughts that play over and over in your head. Let’s replace them with Lady Gaga anthems, instead! (Alejandro, ale-ale-ale-alejandrooooo!)

During these 40 days, you’ll learn how to dump the 6 most toxic habits that contribute to your “inner mean girl.” You’ll receive weekly emails, support, and teleclasses, and videos.  Sounds amazing, right?

The cleanse begins on August 25th. Click here to register.

Oh, PS: It’s FREE!

Love following this blog. I am a health coach and am always reading and trying to stay up on current health trends, particularly the ones that are more about healing than looking thin. Wanted to offer a suggestion for your “inner mean girl” cleanse, because I truly believe that what we feed our minds is reflective of what we feed our bodies. I have just finished reading a book by Geneen Roth called “Women , Food and God”. It hits on all the negative self-talk that tears us down and makes it so hard for us to feel good. Hence, the reason we reach out for something tat will. At any rate, It would be a great supplement to this new cleanse you are doing.

WIsh I lived in NYC so that I could benefit from the home delivery cleanse you just finished.

Thanks for your posts…I truly enjoy them.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I also read Geneen Roth’s book (and all of the other ones, too) and I completely agree with you. The negative self talk does break us down and makes it almost impossible to see that we are all beautiful beings just as we are.
