Taking a break..but leaving you with a recipe!
I have my last final today and then I’ll be school free, at least until the end of June. I’m giving my brain a much needed break but will be back early next week with some scrumptious posts.
I’ll leave you with a recipe I made for my coworkers last night: Garden Harvest Cake. Thumbs up from all 9 people. I made some changes: used whole wheat flour, used 1/4 cup applesauce instead of oil, added raisins, and next time I will cut sugar down to 1/2 cup, maybe even less. It’s super simple to prepare!
