So you see, wellness is a total body, a total LIFE balance.Wellness is optimal physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social healthy (and keep in mind, this looks different for EVERYONE!) Eating fruits and vegetables is only part of achieving wellness. Along with factors such as weight and physical health, there are also social and mental components to health. Which is why I tend to focus more on integrative health: taking EVERYTHING into consideration.
Just remember that eating well and exercising, while super important, is only a piece of the puzzle.
