Tussin’ for your body

51wz6O2ryYL__SL500_AA280_[1]Arnica Gel is my new favorite product and is now forever a staple in my medicine cabinet (along with my neti pot, which I used again last night and I’m hooked!) Like the title of this post suggests, this stuff is like ‘tussin for yo body-you can use it for practically anything!

I might be slow on the uptake with this stuff, but I just discovered it a few weeks ago when I was at the spa.  As I was enjoying a luxurious massage, my therapist noticed I had lots of bruises and scrapes (which was from scaling the Alpine Tower, in addition to the black and blues I acquire on a daily basis working in a furniture showroom). She suggested that Arnica gel would heal everything much quicker. I beelined to the gift shop after the massage to get a bottle, and hot dang! It works!

If you bruise easily, have achey muscles, or burns, I would highly recommend using Arnica. There is no odor, it’s clear, non greasy, and has a slightly cooling effect when applied. You can use the gel multiple times throughout the day, too. There are also arnica tablets if you need a higher level of healing both inside and outside the body.   Best part–it’s an all natural, homeopathic remedy! No chemicals on the skin…healing the natural way!
